Creamy Oat Porridge with Hemp & Quinoa

Serves 4, 40 minutes

160g Rolled oats

40g Quinoa flakes

700ml Oat milk

Pinch sea salt

4 Tbsp Hemp seeds

2 apples, julienned

Handful activated pecans, chopped

4 good pinches cinnamon

4 generous Tbsp Raw honey

Place rolled oats, quinoa flakes, oat milk and a pinch of sea salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring as often as you can. Add the hemp seeds during the last minute or two, stir to combine. Add a splash more milk or water until you have your desired consistency.

Serve topped with julienned apple, activated pecans, a good pinch of cinnamon and plenty of drizzled raw honey.
